Udover den risikominimerende effekt af brugervenlighed ifht. business casen er vi bevidste om det stort ansvar vi har for de obligatoriske lsninger vi beder danskerne om at bruge. Vi stiller krav til brugervenlighed og tilgngelighed af de obligatoriske lsninger (i slide). Krav er baserede p eksisterende aftaler (fx genbrug af fllesoffentlige standarder og komponenter) og forpligtelser (fx tilgngelighedskrav WCAG 2 niveau AA) samt baseret p erfaringer, brugertests og analyser.Vi samarbejder med KL og en rkke myndigheder om bl.a. udviklingsvejledning for velfungerende selvbetjeningslsninger (frste version i december) og grunddataprogrammet. Nvnte krav plus forskellige krav til fx integration til fagsystemer, genbrug af data glder for nye lsninger og skal overholdes inden idriftstning.Vi fortstter den informations- og rdgivningsindsats om brugervenlighed og tilgngelighed, som tidligere l i IT- og Telestyrelsen.Vi er i gang med en srlig indsats for at sikre, at borger.dk som borgernes centrale indgang til information og selvbetjening gr forrest som et good practice eksempel p brugervenlighed og tilgngelighed i den offentlige sektor.

NB:Styregruppen for digitaliseringsstrategien har besluttet kravene til brugervenlige og tilgngelige selvbetjeningslsninger.Den internationale tilgngelighedsstandard WCAG 2 niveau AA er en af de obligatoriske, bne standarder. Er en eksplicit mlstning i EUs Digitale Dagsorden og vi er forpligtet p omrdet gennem FNs Handicapkonvention.
