In several places, the double turnstile symbol '=' is mistakenly printed as'-'. Because of these typographic errors, the formulas in question are rendered ill-formed nonsense. This applies to:

1) p. 283 top (2 lines down) 2) p. 284 bottom 3) p. 285 top (4 lines down)

At other places the vertical bar is quite indistinct, but we hope the reader will get the idea.
