1. Tender documents can be purchased against cash Payment of `1,000/- (Rs. One
thousand only), (non refundable) from the office of undersigned on any working day between 9.00 AM. to5.00 PM upto16.09.2016 by Cashor by Demand Draft in favour of Accounts Officer (Payments) BBMB, Jamalpur, Ludhiana drawn on any scheduled Bank at Ludhiana. The Tender documents can also be downloaded from
BBMB website www.bbmb.gov.in. but these are only for reference.The
tenders of only those Tenderers/Contractors will be accepted/entertained, who
will purchase the Tender documents from this office only within the stipulated
date & time.
2. Request for issuance of Tender documents must accompany the documentary evidence in support of Tenderer’s capabilities/experience.The contractor should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited should be either of the following:-
i) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to `3.0
lacs. Or
ii) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to `4.5
lacs. Or
iii) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to `7.5
lacs. Copy of PAN Card and enlistment certificate of appropriate class of Contractor should also be attached with the tender documents.
3. The complete Tender will be received upto 1.00 PM on the date of opening i.e.
20.09.2016and will be opened on same day at 3.30 P.M. in the office of the
undersigned in the presence of Contractors/Tenderer’s or their authorized representatives ,who may wish to be present. 4. In case due date for the receipt/opening of the Tenders happens to be a holiday, the Tenders will be received /opened on the next working day. 5. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all Tender(s) without assigning any reason.
