Overview

EQUISHARE provides residential and commercial construction services, with a primary focus on largeand small urban and rural structure development. This includes the following types of construction:

Single Family Homes

EQUISHARE combines sustainable construction materials,methods and renewable energy sources to form a systemsapproach to structure design. Building an energy efficientstructure goes beyond providing additional layers of insulation and in-stalling more windows facing south. Itrequires integrating all of the structure systems that can beenergy efficient without compromising aesthetics orconstruction quality.

EQUISHARE will provide the installation of all required business/operation systems such as electrical,

lighting, refrigeration, heating, etc. EQUISHARE will also provide wrecking services as a part of buildingconstruction projects.

A typical EQUISHARE product is affordable yet elegant homes constructed primarily using the StructuralConcrete Insulated Panel (SCIP) method of building construction. We are “green builders” in the type of products we use. We intend to continue to use many non-traditional, environmentally sound materials andmethods. Striving for the highest energy efficiency, our systems approach to design maximize energyefficiency and functionality.

EQUISHARE uses a design-build approach, where we select home designs to fit our customer’s budgetand then build it. As changes occur during construction (as they always do), we adjust the design,

products, etc. as necessary to make sure the original budget is maintained.

ServicesFinancing

EquiShare will help, to the best of our abilities, anyone who wises us to procure financing to purchase a

home. We will connect them with specific lending organizations as well as provide financing throughEquiShare to some clients when necessary. We will insure that the search for financing will be aneffortless process with our help.

Pre Construction

We provide our client with a number of structure plans to select from, or we will take their plan andcustomize it to use the SCIP construction method if necessary. We will provide an options list to selectany special finishing items above the standards we are providing to the client. We will also provide all theadministrative paper work resolution for each structure’s construction. Project plans and schedules will beprovided for the client by providing our client access to our website where they will have the ability tomonitor the status of their future structure’s construction.

Construction

The construction quality will be monitored and approved by our quality assurance staff, insuring that

every detail of construction is to Equishare’s and our client's satisfaction. Our client will also be able toreceive construction updates for their new structure through their personal web page option on ourEquiShare website. The website also show detailed pictures of the construction process.

Post Construction

EquiShare will not abandon the client once we turn the keys over to them. We will have our qualitycontrol staff meet with the client to discuss and remedy and discrepancies, no matter how slight. This willoccur at one week, one month, six months and one year after the client takes possession. Our qualitycontrol staff will be readily available on a moments notice to rectify any construction issues.

Operation

Our operations strategy minimize cost through simple, functional home designs and maximize qualitythrough passive solar design, maximized energy efficiency and sound construction. To achieve thisobjective, EQUISHARE utilizes the design-build approach to construction. Design-build requirescontinual, open communication with the customer. Thus communication and trust is the basis for ouroperations.

Single Family Homes

As far as the construction system goes, it is very flexible and easily managed. A crew of four laborers anda trained manager can erect a 2000 sq ft home structure in a matter of days, not weeks or months. Withinthe first few days the structure will become completely enclosed from the elements.

The construction of the new home can be completely finished in less then two months. The cost of constructing with EQUISHARE’s construction system is significantly lower per square foot, thenconventional construction methods.

Large Scale Structures

This method of construction is also well suited for large scale building.Using this method, we can build the school, library, fire station, policestation, stores, etc., that are cost effective and safe.

Design Build Method

The design-build method involves an agreement between a single firmto produce everything with its own staff or subcontractors (EquiShare):planning, design and construction. In some cases, turn key contractsinvolve the financing package as well. Generally, design-build firms are licensed as architect/engineersand as general contractors. In some cases, the contractor may also be a joint venture or partnership.

Owner’s Tasks

In the Design-Build model, the owner takes a front seat in a relationship with a single contract or toprovide the desired structure. The most important change involves the owner developing a very cleardesign program followed up by an explicit component-by-component set of standards augmented with alist of regulations, codes and legal requirements. The owner must be able to describe the desired productand know the funder’s requirements or it may end up with a low quality product. Work-in-progressinspections must be very thorough because there is no arms-length architect.

Design-Build Team Tasks

The owner contracts with a single entity who is required to provide the complete design, all projectmanagement and execute all work required to deliver a specific building product back to the owner. Thissingle entity eliminates the tensions between designers and contractors that the owners are oft timescaught between. Trade- offs between design issues and construction issues become internal to thecontractor.

This one-stop shopping can be extended even further to include financing, land acquisition and propertymanagement. In turn key contracts, the Design-Build company oft times purchases the land, completes allsite improvements, packages the financing, builds the structures and eventually turns the project’s keysover to the owner upon completion.

Overview

The highly qualified personnel supporting EquiShare Business Management are selected personal,resulting in only the best end product from all business transactions. We are a company in the data

processing field that is responding to the needs of the small to medium business by providing computerbased accounting and technical services. We address the need for an in-expensive means for smallbusinesses to automate their accounting without having to buy expensive machines or hire high salariedcomputer specialist to operate their hardware and software.

The Business

EquiShare Business Management is primarily a service-oriented business. The main service beingaccounting support for small businesses. A computer center will provide a place for applicationsdevelopers and users to have access to state of the art hardware and up to date software not readilyavailable to them. Support staff will give assistance to customers and run the centers on a daily basis.

Certain hardware and software will be available for purchase, and any training required by the customerwill be provided. Offsite technical support will also be available for customers with their own computerand/or software.

Overview

Anyone who does not know how to use a computer is closed out of awhole world of opportunities in business and daily life. We are todayat the beginning of a dramatic and historic new era in the world - theComputer Age. Make no mistake. A computer world is not somefuture science-fiction concept, it is already here today and it willprofoundly alter all of our existing social, economic and politicalinstitutions. All business will involve computers in one way oranother. Anyone who does not know how to operate or use a computerwill be considered functionally illiterate. The history of mankind isliterally a record of the major trends that have altered and directed the

course of its destiny.

We will train government employees, corporate employees, and private citizens, building their knowledgewith courses designed to be useful in today’s and the future business world. We specialize in deliveringquality computer training solutions throughout the world. We will provide a full complement of trainingproducts and services to all clients. We design and implement responsive and cost-effective trainingprograms that maximize the productivity of our client community. Curriculum

Systems Analysis

The systems analysis of the project lifecycle is the process of defining the scope and requirementsof new or enhanced systems. During this phase the project team develops an understanding of theproposed systems. Business requirements are documented ensuring that all business functions are

addressed. Approval of the business design document by the project team ensures that the effortproceeds with total understanding of the business requirements. ITS works closely with users toaccurately define the scope of the problem and the business objectives. To define businessrequirements, interviews are conducted, meetings are held, and questionnaires may beadministered. To understand current processes, existing documentation is reviewed. To ensure thatall information needs are considered, data flow diagrams are developed. Software and hardwareevaluations may also be conducted depending on the scope of the project. The final product fromthis phase is the business design document, identifying the business functions to be supported bythe system. This document is used as the foundation to begin the next phase, System Design.

System Design

System design is the phase of the lifecycle that reveals a cost effective approach to fulfillingsystem requirements. EquiShare will offer hands-on, career-focusedprograms in aviation maintenance, convenientlylocated near major airports. We will offer large,modern classrooms and labs (offering hands-on,instructional learning); industry-specific

equipment (learn with state-of-the-art aviationtools); and experienced faculty(instructors with in-depth industry experience and knowledge).

The Aircraft Maintenance program will be fullyapproved by the Civil Aviation Authorities andcertified under Civil Aviation Authorities.

The program consists of 24 months of instructionin forty-five different subject areas which, when completed, would qualify the student to take the CivilAviation Authorities written, oral, and practical examination. When these examinations are completed and

passed the graduate would receive the Civil Aviation Authorities' mechanic rating for Airframe andPowerplant maintenance.

At the Aircraft Program the student will learn to perform maintenance and inspection on different types of flyable aircraft and customer's aircraft, which will help to qualify the graduate for that job in the Aviationindustry.

The students in the Aircraft program receive instruction from fully licensed and certified Airframe andPower plant technicians.

Certificate Programs

To keep aircraft in peak operating condition, aircraft mechanics and service technicians performscheduled aircraft maintenance; make repairs, and complete inspections required by the AviationMinistry.

Many aircraft mechanics, also called airframe, powerplant, and avionics aviation maintenancetechnicians, specialize in preventive aviation maintenance. They inspect engines, landing gear,instruments, pressurized sections, accessories-brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems, forexample-and other parts of the aircraft, and do the necessary aircraft maintenance and replacement of parts. Aircraft mechanics also test the fuselage, wings and tail for signs of corrosion, distortion andcracks.

The majority of mechanics who work on civilian aircraft are certificated by the Civil Aviation Authoritiesas "airframe mechanic," "powerplant mechanic," or "avionics repair specialist." Aircraft mechanicswho also have an inspector's authorization can certify work completed by other mechanics and performrequired inspections. Uncertified mechanics are supervised by those with certificates.

The Civil Aviation Authorities requires at least 18 months of work experience for an airframe,powerplant, or avionics repairer's certificate. For a combined A & P certificate, at least 30 months of experience working with both engines and airframes is required. Completion of a program at a CivilAviation Authorities-certificated aviation mechanic school can substitute for the work experiencerequirement.

Established Civil Aviation Authorities standards require that certificated aviation mechanic schools offerstudents a minimum of 1,900 actual class hours. Courses normally last from 24 to 30 months and providetraining with the tools and equipment used on the job. Educational

While a high school diploma is not required to become an apprentice aircraft mechanic, employers givepreference to applicants who are high school or vocational school graduates; thus, such a diploma isessential. Mathematics, physics, computer science, chemistry, English, and aerospace education coursesare suitable subjects to pursue while in high school, because the aircraft mechanic I avionics technicianmust understand the physical principles involved in the operation of the aircraft and its systems. Also, ahigh school diploma is normally recommended as a prerequisite for attending a technical school or acollege offering A & P training. The aircraft mechanic is expected to continue his or her education, evenafter hiring, in order to keep abreast of the continuing technical changes and improvements in aircraft andassociated systems.

The successful aircraft mechanic should have an above average mechanical ability and a desire to work with their hands. He or she should also have an interest in aviation, appreciation of the importance of doing a job carefully and thoroughly, and the desire to learn throughout a career.

Design Development and Documentation

We produce a Functional Design Brief (FDB) based on the following:

o  existing technical data and report made available by Defence.

o  compliance with related Australian standards, current Defence standards, recognised Militarystandards (US MIL, NATO, UK Defence), recognised API and IP standards, AIP CO, Codes of Practice, Commonwealth regulations, State/Territory statutory regulations.

o  specific Defence requirements in the Strategic Business Case (SBC).

o  specific problems identified in the fuel farm project that need to be addressed (eg. fuel spill).

o  specific functional requirements and other inputs from the users and stakeholders.

o  current and future operational requirements of the fuel farm.

o  operational requirements during construction phase that need to be addressed in the design.

o  maintenance practices for reduced operating costs and effective operation of the fuel farm.

o  lessons learnt from other Defence fuel farm installations and industry best practice.

Preliminary Design Review services we provide include:

o  ensure that final FDB agreed by Defence is adequately translated into the design solution.

o  prepare a preliminary design report, based on the FDB for comment by Defence. This shouldinclude preliminary Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).

o  prepare a preliminary HAZOP study based on the preliminary P&ID. A HAZOP action plan isproduced. The PM maintains the action plan which is a life document and regularly reviewed bythe project team, to ensure that all action items are addressed.

50% Design Review services include:

o  prepare a 50% design report (based on the preliminary design report) for comment. This shouldinclude 50% P&ID and the 50% testing and commissioning plan.

o  respond to the comments.

o  co-ordinate a working meeting to close out the comments. This working meeting should alsoreview and update the risk management plan, and the HAZOP action plan.

90% Design Review services include:

o  prepare a 90% design report (based on the 50% design report) for comment. This should include90% P&ID and the 90% testing and commissioning plan.

o  prepare a final HAZOP study based on the 90% P&ID. Additional HAZOP items identified needto be included in the HAZOP action plan.

o  respond to the comments by Defence.

o  co-ordinate a working meeting to close out the comments by Defence. This working meetingwould review and update the risk management plan; and the HAZOP action plan. All design risks

and HAZOP issues should be closed out at this stage.

o  CMC contractor should be involved in review of the HAZOP and the testing and commissioningplan.

Final Design Documentation review services include:

o  ensure that final design report agreed by Defence is translated adequately into the designspecification / drawings.

o  ensure that the design specification / drawings address all design and potential construction related

risks and HAZOP issues.

o  ensure the tender document is complete and adequate detailed for the Contractor to consider andcost all construction related risks.

o  ensure that the design specification / drawings provides adequate requirements for testing andcommissioning, and operation and maintenance.

Construction Phase

We monitor the construction program and administer any contract.

The fuel farm operator will be involved on a periodic basis during construction and, in particular, duringinspection, and testing and commissioning.

Special Systems for Major Projects

EquiShare furnishes and installs specialized systems as part of a project team on major facilityimprovements. EquiShare works with the lead engineering organization and facility engineers todetermine system requirements. We then work to define interfaces with other facility systems work 

performed by others. The scope of work is similar to the design - build method.

Design and Equipment
