Q Is there a minimum number of participantsrequired from my studio or school?

There is NO minimum requirement for your studio orschool's participation in LEGACY. However, in order toprovide a complimentary package for the Director, werequire 20 participants.

When will I know who my featured artistswill be?

Because we ONLY work with current, active leading artistsfrom New York City Companies, the featured artistsperformance schedules are constantly changing. For thisreason, we schedule your featured artists about 60 daysprior to each event weekend.

Q Do non-dancers pay the same amountas participating dancers?

All individuals involved in LEGACY Dance Event areincluded as participants in Broadway Bound Experience.However, non-dancing participants are not included inthe "A Day in the Life of a Professional Dancer" program.All non-dancers will receive a $50 credit for this program,listed directly on your invoice.

Q What are the dance level requirementsand minimum age requirement?

In order to keep our classes of the highest standard andquality, we require participating dancers to have anintermediate level (2 to 3 years of dance experience).Students come from across the country from everydance background. Ages range from 10 and up.

Q What should dancers wear for theirworkshops and masterclasses?

Dancers are encouraged to wear black form fittingclothing with respective dance shoes for eachworkshop and/or masterclass. Please have hair up andaway from the face. Matching studio/school tops arealways permitted!

Dancers will be given a special gift they can style andwear to workshops & masterclasses if they choose!

Q How many dancers participate in eachworkshop and masterclass?

In order to keep the quality of each program at itshighest, and to ensure that every dancer gets the mostout of each workshop, our classes are kept relativelysmall (40-60). Should your chosen event weekendexceed these numbers as in the past, multipleconcurrent dance workshops will be arranged.

Q What Broadway Show will we see?

Any and all Broadway shows are available for yourgroup to choose from! Your entire group will need tomake one choice. To help you do that, we would behappy to provide you with a list of some of the mostpopular shows to choose from.

Can I purchase individual event daysand/or provide my own hotelaccommodations?

Individual Event Days CAN be purchased separatelyfrom the Event Package. See individual pricing below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

In considera�on of advance, non-refundable payments made by Educa�onal Performance Toursto hotels, restaurants, outside vendors and other agents associated with event arrangements,accommoda�ons, and/or services, the following will apply:

● Cancella�ons received from 60 to 45 days prior to your departuredate will be charged a $100.00 per person cancella�on fee plusany cancella�on charges levied by various tour operators and vendors.

● Cancella�on received from 44 days or less to your departure date willreceive NO refund.

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit of $100.00 per person is due immediately upon the signing of an applica�on. Pleasemake a copy of both sides of the applica�on for your records.

Upon making an Individual ONLINE Debit or Credit Card Payment, each individual willautomatically receive a payment confirmation. Upon EPT receiving payment made by Checkor Money Order, we will immediately update your account so your balance due will reflect allpayments received.

● Upon receipt of your first invoice you will note that your balance duehas been divided into three equal payments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. ProgramArrangement. Educational Performance Tours,LLC (EPT)and itʼsapproved touragents are responsible formakingarrangementsfor all services included in the package. Each participant shall befinancially responsible for his/her own hotel room service, telephonecalls, personal expenses and damages. All such assessments chargedby the hotel must be paid in fullprior to departure. Room assignmentsshall be made by the Director who shall be appointed by the School.No room changes shall be made without approval of the Directorand the EPT stac. Each participant is expected to participate in allscheduled activities. The Director, Advisors and Chaperones shallcheck to see that participants are present for all program activities.EPT is not responsible for any participant when absent from EPTscheduled activities.

2. Release. The School hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmlessEducational Performance Tours, its odcers, directors, employeesand agents from any financial liability or obligation incurred byeither the School or any individual participant and from any injuryor damage to the person or property of others which any participantcauses or contributes to while participating in an EPT program. Eachparticipant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmlessEPT and itsodcers, directors,employees and agents from any financial liabilityorobligation incurred by that individual participant and from any injuryor damage to the person or property of others which that participantcauses or contributes to while participating in a EPT program. TheSchool by signing this Agreement and each applicant by signingthe program application, releases EPT, its odcers, directors andemployees from any and all causes of actions, claims and damages ofany kind or nature whatsoever arising from any injury, loss, damage,cost, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising out of or in anyway connected with the performance or operation of a EPT program.

3. Events Beyond EPT’’s Control. EPT shall not be responsible forevents beyond its control, such as, without limitation, acts of God,strikes, or governmental restrictions, or for acts or omissions ofpersons or companies not controlled by it, such as,without limitation,air carriers, bus companies, railways, and hotels. EPT and its odcers,directors, employees and agents are hereby released from all claimsarising out of such events, acts, or omissions.

4. Health and Safety Measures. EPT shall have the right but not theduty, to take whatever action it deems reasonably necessary inregardto the health and safety of any or all participants including,without limitation, obtaining medical treatment on their behalf andtransporting them at their own or their parentsʼ expense to theirhome for medical or other emergency reasons. In addition, at no timeshould a participant who is ill be left unattended be it a hotel/hospitaletc. It is the responsibility of the director/chaperones to be presentat all times.

5. Rules and Standards. EPT shall have the right to enforce whateverreasonable group rules and standards are announced by EPT. Suchrules may included, without limitation, rules regarding attendance atmeetings, daily curfew, dress standards, vulgar language andsmoking. EPT shall have the right to terminate any participant whofails to comply with any of such rules and return them home at theirown or their parents expense with no refund from EPT.

6. AlcoholicBeverages and Illegal DrugsNot Permitted. Participantsunder the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to use or havein their possession alcoholic beverages of any kind or illegal ornarcotic drugs (other than those prescribed by a licensed physician).Possession of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is grounds forimmediate dismissal of the participant and return home of thatparticipant by the first available transportation at the expense of theparticipant or the participantʼs parents.

7. Changes. The programs ocered have been designed by EPT manymonths in advance of departure. EPT shall have the unqualified rightto alter or amend such programs and to make any adjustment tothe program cost prior to departure in order to meet unanticipatedcontingencies, including any change in transportation costs, programcosts, international exchange rates, or lack of participation in theprogram. Any such changes in the program, including increases inprogram prices based on these changes, shall not be grounds forcancellation without penalty.Participation in the program constitutesapproval of the itinerary and program costs.

8. Airline Obligations. The services of any ARC or IATA memberairline may be used in connection with this tour. The responsibilitiesof the designated carrier in the operation of this tour are limited tothe air transportation involved. I understand that direct air carrierʼsliability in the event of schedule changes, delays, loss of or damageto baggage, or for death or injury to person or property, is subject toand limited by the terms of their applicable tarics. I understand thatpromotional airfares used in connection with this program are notguaranteed until the tickets have been purchased.

9. Insurance. Insurancemay be purchased by the School and/oreach participant from EPT or insurance carriers of their choice. TheSchool and each participant is encouraged to obtain additionalindependent insurancecoverage.EPT isnot providing health,accidentor baggage insurance for the School or any of the participants.

10. Increase and Program Costs. It is understood that there maybe increases in hotel/motel accommodations. In the event of anyincreases in these costs there will be a corresponding increase inthe Program Costs. Aggregate Increased costs resulting in up to a15% increase in the Program Costs shall not give rise to any right onthe part of the School or any participant to cancel or terminate thisAgreement.

11. Cancellation. EPT programs which travel by air are generallybooked on promotional airfares. These fares have certain restrictionsand/or penalties regarding reservations and cancellations. In theevent of any cancellation of any reservation after an airline ticket hasbeen issued by the air carrier,the School and/or the participant shallforfeit the amount of the airline cancellation penalty in addition tothe other cancellation penalties listed below. In the event the Schoolor any participant desires to cancel a reservation they must do so inwriting. Upon cancellation, the participant shall only be entitled toa refund on the following basis and there shall be no other refunds:a. Cancellations received from 60 to 31days prior to the departuredate will be charged a $100.00 per person cancellation fee plusany cancellation charges levied by the various tour operators andvendors. b. Cancellations received from 30 days or less prior to thedeparture date will receive NO refunds.

12. Payments. Payments are usually divided into 3 equal installmentswith the final payment due no later than 30 days prior to departure.Airline tickets, motorcoach transportation, sightseeing tickets andother additional services are excluded from the regular payment/cancellation policy and are subject to the individual carriers andsuppliers policies. All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Hotelreservations, meal functions, transportation, attraction and tourtickets etc. are subject to cancellation if payments are not receivedby the due date.
