Health care Clinical Informatics (HCI) provides Epic resources for health care systems across the nation. We provide solutions, saving providers up to millions of dollars in implementation costs. We are focused on providing experienced EMR experts for a variety of positions at the most competitive pricing through our national network of qualified Epic consultants. Why is HCI’s pricing the most competitive? The HCI approach is unique because we use our strong national recruiting team and large network of experienced Epic consultants to augment our client’s internal team. By avoiding a salaried bench of consultants, we are able to maintain a lower over- head and pass the savings directly to our clients. Why are HCI’s consultants better for your needs? HCI quickly selects, screens, and sources quality consultants. Our team of expe- rienced recruiters is able to hand pick experienced consultants that have the exact desired skill sets required and have completed multiple Epic projects. Most competi- tors have a fixed number of consultants on their payroll leading to the customer not always receiving the expert best suited for their projects. In contrast, HCI’s unique business model allows for handpicked consultants that the client has the option of screening. How does HCI find the best consultants? HCI does not use the typical resources of an HR department such as job boards and posting ads. HCI has a national talent pool of experienced and qualified Epic consultants. Additionally, HCI continues to build its network of Epic consultants using innovative techniques such as social media, referral networking, and constant communication with its current network. What is HCI’s background? HCI is an unique international health care informatics consulting firm. We were founded by industry executives who saw traditional recruiting techniques and consul- tant rates did not offer the best value for many clients. We are driven to provide an offering that gives the client experienced and dedicated experts at a reduced cost. Through its national network, HCI can implement, interface and provide training for multiple Epic products. HCI consul- tants can be used to build, customize, test and train throughout the duration of the project.

By avoiding a salaried bench of consultants, we are able to maintain a lower over-head and pass the savings directly to our clients.

Why are HCI’s consultants better for your needs?HCI quickly selects, screens, and sources quality consultants. Our team of expe-rienced recruiters is able to hand pick experienced consultants that have the exact desired skill sets required and have completed multiple Epic projects. Most competi-tors have a fixed number of consultants on their payroll leading to the customer not always receiving the expert best suited for their projects. In contrast, HCI’s unique business model allows for handpicked consultants that the client has the option of screening.

How does HCI find the best consultants?HCI does not use the typical resources of an HR department such as job boards and posting ads. HCI has a national talent pool of experienced and qualified Epic consultants. Additionally, HCI continues to build its network of Epic consultants using innovative techniques such as social media, referral networking, and constant communication with its current network.

What is HCI’s background?HCI is an unique international health care informatics consulting firm. We were founded by industry executives who saw traditional recruiting techniques and consul-tant rates did not offer the best value for many clients. We are driven to provide an offering that gives the client experienced and dedicated experts at a reduced cost.

Through its national network, HCI can

implement, interface and provide training

for multiple Epic products. HCI consul-

tants can be used to build, customize, test

and train throughout the duration of the

project.
