Amendment to Rule 61G15-23.003, FAC
• Tightens up digital signature requirements to ensure identity vetting.
• For electronic signatures, allows the signed and sealed SHA-1 report to be scanned and sent electronically as long as the original is retained by the engineer for 3 years.

• July 17, 2013: Approved by FBPE Rules Committee
• August 7, 2013: Approved by FBPE
• September 9, 2013: Published in Florida Administrative Register. No subsequent comments.
• December 10, 2013: Effective
