Overview
ESS aims to achieve the following objectives:
• to enable agencies to keep track of the
submission of the scorecards, and
• to enable agencies’ users to complete and
submit the scorecards.
User Registration
System generated password

User Login
Login ID – Agencies‟ users email address.
Password – for first time users, a system
generated password will be provided.

Old Password – System generated
password sent to your email.
New Password/Confirm Password –
Minimum of 8 characters.
