Gateway Pacific Terminal proposal:

Located within the Cherry Point Industrial Urban Growth Area

Total site is about 1,500 acres; development would occur on approximately 334 acres

Custer Spur modification proposal:

Installs second track along the approximately six mile Custer Spur

Add three support tracks to serve the terminal as well as to Elliott and Intalco Yards.
