Waiver and release Please read carefully before signing: I have read the Notice of Race issued for the 2015 International Fireball World Championships and 2015 UK National and Open Championships. I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations therein, and in the Sailing Instructions or any Addenda to either document. I recognize the inherent and other risks in yacht racing activities and freely accept these risks. In consideration for participating in this event, I represent to Pwllheli SC, the UK Fireball Association and Fireball International that my vessel has liability insurance in effect for the regatta covering property damage, personal injury and death in an amount not less than £3,000,000 per occurrence and that the policy covers dinghy-racing activities. I agree to waive my rights to take legal action against, and release and forever discharge Pwllheli SC, the UK Fireball Association, Fireball International, and their respective organizers, agents, officials, servants and representatives (collectively the “Organizers”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs or expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising out of or connected with my participation in the 2015 International Fireball World Championships and 2015 UK National and Open Championships notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to, caused or occasioned by the negligence of the organizers or any of them. For your information the sailing fee covers: Principal Race Officer: Peter Saxton and his regular team. Recent major events include the Topper Worlds at Pwllheli, RYA Youth Nationals and Sail for Gold regatta at WPNSA. Peter is also PRO for the events immediately preceding the Fireball Worlds at Pwllheli, and will have unrivalled knowledge of the race area and weather conditions. ISAF require that we provide a jury as per Appendix N: 5 strong, including 3 international members. Costs (travel, accommodation, expenses) and RIB hire are covered in the entry fee. We must also have an international measurer, and associated team. Pwllheli is an excellent sailing venue including RIBS, Committee boats, and team of volunteers to ensure your comfort and safety
