EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
HOME CARE HEALTH CENTRE (PVT) limited offers a unique combinationof premier home health care and community-based social services to the city of
Lahore. Market research indicates that there is a significant need for quality home
health care and social services within this region and we believe that by employing
competent and well-educated staff and providing them with organized and
responsive management, we can become the home health care/social service agency
of choice in the city of Lahore.
Home care Health Centre will be created as a HCHC Limited Liability Company
based in Lahore, owned by its principal investors and principal operators. The
initial office will be established in quality office space on Main Boulevard Gulberg
II, which is the heart of the city.
Consumers of our services will be those individuals and families in need of home
health care and/or social services. These patients are usually referred by other
health care professionals such as physicians, attorneys, insurance companies and
health care facilities. Our company has already developed an excellent reputationwith many of these professionals, through the work of our Clinical Director, who
has been providing home health care services through another agency for the past
three years, and through the presentations we have made to the community via
marketing tools and personal interactions.
The company plans on taking on debt in the form of a five-year loan, and has no
plans for additional debt as growth will be financed mainly through cash flow. Our
plan includes assumptions of 100% sales on credit, and sufficient cash on-hand at
start-up to prevent any problems with cash flow.
Our company must be registered under SECP rules. The company will be registered
as a private ltd company having three directors initially.

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS:
The concept of home care medical health services is a new one and has emergedwith the recent economic, social and technological development and the history is
not very long.Home health care nursing program is a great necessity for Pakistani
population-to be accessible to them at their door step and deliver quality services.
Looking at this mandate, the Aga Khan University Hospital took leading role, to
start first home health care nursing program from January 2002. It was accepted
very well by all its customers and the demand increased from 10 patients/month to
now 600 patients/month.
Other than Agha Khan University Hospital services in home care health services
there are only a few names who have tapped this market. Among them are
TAMEERworking in Karachi, Med SERVE rendering their services in Lahore,
Faisal Abad, and Gujranwala IHS (Integrated Health Services), one of the major
service providers, working in Karachi, Maximum Health Care(SME) pvt LTD in
Karachi.
But in the last 8 years, no major development has been seen in this sector and home
care service providers can be numbered on fingers only, making almost 2 % of thepeople rendering their services in totality. As much of the target market is untapped
so emerging as a Quality home care service providers in the community, we will
not be having that much competition in the industry around.

We specialize in giving quality medical services to seniors and home-bound
individuals.
We are a group of fully-accredited physicians, working together with an extensive
network of health care professionals such as nurses, therapists and caregivers togive you hospital-quality health care -- at the comfort of your own home.
Now we are just a phone call away.
We understand that choosing a healthcare provider for a loved one is a very
important and difficult decision. That is why we have made it easy for you to dial
one number, 111-111-119-HOMECARE, so you can personally speak with and
interview with us to get supreme health care services for your loved one.
Our network members offer home healthcare services that maintain theindependence and well being of their patients and their families. Supportive
services, provided by non-medical home care agencies, offer assistance with
personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, in addition to help with meal
preparation, housekeeping, and shopping. Skilled services provided by medical
home health agencies, offer nursing care, physical, occupational, speech, and
respiratory therapy as well as social services and hospice care.
Home care" encompasses a wide range of health and social services. These services
are delivered at home to recovering, disabled, chronically or terminally ill persons
in need of medical, nursing, social, or therapeutic treatment and/or assistance with
the essential activities of daily living.
Generally, home care is appropriate whenever a person prefers to stay at home but
needs ongoing care that cannot easily or effectively be provided solely by family
and friends. More and more older people, electing to live independent, non-
institutionalized lives, are receiving home care services as their physical
capabilities diminish. Younger adults who are disabled or recuperating from acute
illness are choosing home care whenever possible. Chronically ill infants and
children are receiving sophisticated medical treatment in their loving and secure
home environments. Adults and children diagnosed with terminal illness also are
being cared for at home, receiving compassion and maintaining dignity at the end
of life. As hospital stays decrease, increasing numbers of patients need highly
skilled services when they return home. Other patients are able to stay at home to
begin with, receiving safe and effective care in the comfort of their own homes.

Helping you at home...
Home Care Heath Centre is a locally owned in-home health care company that was
developed with a passionate desire to provide quality care to those families in need.
Care options such as in-home care assistance, Personal Care, and trusted
companionship services. Our family of caring, professional, and experienced
caregivers are carefully selected to provide our clients with compassionate
assistance to make life easier for them and to provide your family with peace of
mind.We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service that only comes
when putting the family first.
Our guiding principles are simple:
We firmly believe in the power of treating our clients as we would our own loved
ones. Oftentimes family members out of love will attempt to take over the
responsibility of caring for a parent or sibling themselves. Unfortunately, this
generous act can put tremendous strain on the existing relationship. Some familymembers can quickly become overwhelmed, leading to feelings of resentment,
while the receiver of the care can sometimes experience guilt and diminished self-
worth for shifting this burden on a loved one. A personal caregiver is the perfect
solution for everyone.
HCHC provide compassionate in-home care services delivered right in your loved
one's home. Whether it's a few hours a day or long-term care 24 hours a day, we
can help. All our caregivers are thoroughly screened, trained, insured and bonded,
matched to your preferences, compassionate and reliable.
We provide home care assistance that includes good-hearted,
compassionate, and dependable companionship 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week including holidays. We even have a special live-in program for those
who qualify, offering a more cost effective option for those facing long term
care.

17/39
The population base in Lahore is aging, and more individuals are opting to stay in their
own homes longer and return home following hospitalization, rather than proceeding to
a nursing home. Our primary market segment includes those patients -- typically in an
older age bracket -- who require health care services by home health nursing staff.
These patients may also require other home health services, such as social work, in
order to access needed community resources.
Our secondary market will be those individuals who have suffered a personal injury and
require case management services to assist them in addressing medical, financial, and
employment issues.
The population of Pakistan stood at 163.67 in mid 2008-09. If the existing trend remains
unchanged, it will reach 167 million by the year 2010.According to 2007 Trends below

our start-up date. Health Services will also stand out in integrating community-
based social services, such as Personal Injury Case Management, with our more
traditional home health care. This broader base will allow us to access additional
clientele and payer bases, adding to our financial stability.
Sales Strategy
Sales in our business mean quality patient service and utmost satisfaction
from referring physicians and health care facilities. It is perpetual business. One
doesn't sell home health care and personal injury case management; rather one sells
excellent care, availability, and effective interpersonal relationships.
In a service industry, growth can mean loss of quality control, which in turn leads
to client dissatisfaction. The services we provide should always reflect the mission
and oversight of management. We want our clients to know that the quality of
service they receive will be excellent, regardless of the individual service provider
performing the service.
We will therefore avoid the temptation to broaden the scope of our services too
quickly. Rather, we will focus our immediate attentions on making the services we
offer of the highest possible quality. Only when those services are well-established
and grounded in excellence will we consider expanding our service base
Sales Forecast
Annual sales reflect a conservative average of 125 new Home Health Care patients
for the first year with a modest increase per year thereafter. We believe that with agreater investment in marketing, employee relations, and customer service this
client base can grow significantly.

The projected annual figures for Personal Injury Case Management
sales are relatively low, as this portion of the business will initially be secondary to
the Home Health Care Services. However, we project a jumped up annual growth
after the first year, as market analysis indicates there is a significant need for these
services. As the Home Health Care portion of the business stabilizes management
will focus growth efforts on the Personal Injury Case Management program.
