X-Y-Z = JOURNEY• A journey is a linear path from point A to point B with

few milestones on the way; but an entrepreneurship journey is a three dimensional journey-

• The first dimension consisting of how you are moving, how your business is growing, how your products are getting adopted, altogether under X-axis.

• Journey through Y-axis is how your organization is built-up and how organizational values are given importance.

• The third axis is the individual journey of an entrepreneur, a journey that brings in main difference to an organization.

“When we start a journey, we come up with some particular believe system. To me every five years is an ‘overall believe system.’ If the overall believe system happens, then an organization is sure to stand out from the crowd.”

INITIAL STAGE

“In the initial journey or when you are in stage one; you have to be very technology focused. If you love technology, you will get addicted to it and the very addiction may become a boon or a barrier to growth. Barrier as too much of addiction may leave you thinking about technology most of the time and less time will be spend on thinking about the market or the customers”.


TECHNOLOGY ADDICTION

On the other hand, tech addiction is a boon because if you think about technology most of the time, you will keep adding features after features to your business. Addiction for technology will make you innovate something new in the market. But to start with a new career, this habit is something we need to invert.


As an entrepreneur, you must focus on the market and you should know to balance things to keep moving.

The next big thing is to simplify communication as well as the product marketing. “It is better to choose two channels for marketing than looking for all the available channels.

If you get lot of ideas, you may get confused on which one to choose. Whatever channel you are choosing, choose it wisely because branding of the product is the most important aspect for an organization.
