The 27- year-old former corporate lawyer composes tunes that seamlessly merge pop, jazz and Carnatic classical to forge a distinct sound. Part of her appeal comes from her ability to write about her life in a refreshingly candid way. ‘Marriageable Age’, her best performance till date, is about parental pressure.
