Enterprise Strategy ProgramPutting Business Before Technology

In today’s complex corporate environment, the lines tend to blur between business objectives and the technologythat can help achieve those objectives. Even with the best of intentions your corporate technology may actuallylimit—and even begin to dene—your business objectives.

As your business places ever-increasing demands on your technology infrastructure, it’s easy to lose sight of thebig picture: instead of business goals driving technology, technology begins to drive business goals. Rather thanapproaching technology with strategic, long-term vision, businesses nd themselves looking for short-term solutions, without fully realizing the value of the technologies in which they’ve already invested.

Introducing the Microsoft® Enterprise Strategy Program. An executive-level engagement program, led by adedicated Enterprise Architect skilled in aligning your existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with your company’sbusiness objectives.

The Enterprise Strategy Program is designed to help you maximize the return on investment for your entire Microsoftsoftware portfolio and services. After all, nobody knows Microsoft products and their capabilities better thanMicrosoft. But more than that, the Enterprise Strategy Program has been created to help you get the most fromyour entire heterogeneous enterprise-wide technical landscape. With the Enterprise Architect, you’ll get provensolutions and guidance from an executive that has faced and delivered on the same kinds of challenges you’re

dealing with today, and the experience gleaned from a software company that has learned from countless enterpriseengagements across the globe.

with project implementation.

De-risking the IT environment.■ By creating effective business-technology roadmaps and leveraging best

practice advice, customers may be able to reduce both project execution and operational risk from their ITenvironments. This results in reduced IT operations labor expense and project rework costs.
