Mobility projects are driven by the businessdepartments and IT supports them
We are working on many different mobility projects
We outsource the majority of our mobility work to anexternal provider
We want to bring our mobility projects together intoone cohesive whole but find it too difficult
We have a single team that undertakes mobilityprojects as and when they arise

We would not anticipate any challenges to implementing mobility initiatives
Testing and managing apps across many different iterations of platform…
Integrating mobile apps with our existing systems and processes
Meeting time to market and quality requirements
Creating a consistent user experience across platforms and devices
Lack of interest or commitment from the top management
Getting support from all relevant departments within the organisation
Legal or compliance issues
Lack of in-house mobile development talent and skills
Developing apps across different platforms simultaneously
Lack of sufficient budget to devote to mobility initiatives
Security or privacy concerns

Identificare i componenti del team dai principali domini IT.
