Executive Summary

Master tiles are the well knows popular company in the manufacturing of tiles and bath sanitary

fitting product. It was started before thirty years ago, it start their business at very small level but

with high dream. Master tiles made development in their product according time to time for

survive in the industry and meet the customer need. It is the first mover of such type product in

the Pakistan. Master tiles also manufacture different types of product for its customers. Master

tiles not only the producer of different types of quality of tiles and sanitary but it also help the

customer to make decision about the decorating of their bath. With a large range of different

combination of different colours of bath like as show in the master tiles showrooms which help

the customer to select the accurate size of tiles and the colours of the tiles which is purchased by

them for their used. Master tiles never continue their operation in the premises of Pakistan they

also expand their business outside from the boundary of Pakistan in England or Germany due

their high quality of product. It takes its place into the global market. Based on the worlds top of

Master tiles were such a tremendous hit in the market, to meet the increasing demands,production capacities had to be tripled in the year 2000. Same year, Master added up worlds

best plant and acquired best recipes for in house production of tiles raw materials including fritsand colors. These advanced recipes in frits and colors resulted in giving an entire new look to the
