Customized verandas In addition to the standard sizes, Gardendreams also produces custom tailored verandas to fit your house perfectly. The verandas are produced based on the specific requirements of our consumers.

Strong and secure Gardendreams verandas are made of aluminium of the highest quality. Our aluminium is powder coated in four standard colours: White (RAL 9016), Cream white (RAL 9001), Anthracite with texture (RAL 7016) and and Grey with texture (RAL 9007). Our verandas are manufactured according to European construction standards, ensuring a guaranteed strong, safe and solid system. Aluminium is very durable, does not discolour and only requires low maintenance.

Roofing The roofing material is your personal choice. Besides the two standard polycarbonate roofing choices, we also offer three heat-resistant sorts that not only give clear views but also lets in more sunlight.

For those who prefer luxury and transparency, glass roofing is also available. Sunlight-reflecting glass is also an option besides the standard laminated glass.

Additional options The setup and composition is completely up to you. Whether you choose a straight, diagonal, free-standing as a carport or a garden room. Would you like to expand and decorate your veranda? Gardendreams offers additional possibilities such as lighting and heating systems.

In 3 steps from a veranda to a garden room The unique Gardendreams system is fully prepared for a possible extension with front and side walls and can also be complemented with the fully transparent glass sliding system. If you wish you can also decide on a custom manufactured aluminium garden room that will fit your house perfectly. A maintenance free, robust and elegant veranda system for an intriguing price is what Gardendreams has to offer.

Expand with a sliding roof In addition to our standard extensions and comfort options, Gardendreams even makes it possible to adjust the construction of the roof, so that you can place a sliding roof out of polycarbonate or glass on an existing porch.Barbecue under your veranda, enjoy the sun or fresh air and sit dry in the rain; your veranda or garden room is even more functional and flexible with the Gardendreams sliding roof.

Before you purchase a veranda:

Map the environment Before purchasing an aluminium veranda it is advisable to clearly map out the environment in which it is placed.

The roof slopeAt first, measure the space where the veranda has to be placed. What is often forgotten is the height of the house or wall, to which the veranda has to be attached.

When ordering the veranda, the standard slope of the roof is 8°. If you deviate from this slope, then this affects the depth of your veranda.

For example; if your home or wall is low and you go down in degrees, the depth of the porch will be more.If you choose to build the porch with a roof pitch of more than 8°, then the porch will be less deep.

FoundationAnother important thing that is often forgotten beforehand is the foundation. Since every situation requires a different foundation, the foundation is not included with the veranda by default.

Gardendreams offers various variants of foundation for placing verandas. If, for example, you opt for a foundation with rainwater drainage, you must connect it to the sewerage system.

Depth foundation Another important aspect when placing the foundation is that they have to be placed deep enough in the ground. If you do not place it deep enough in the ground, there is a chance that the foundation will sink in the event of heavy rainfall or frost. Gardendreams recommends that the concrete feet be placed 80 cm deep in the ground. If you want to be completely safe, then you should purchase an adjustable concrete base.

Easy Edition with polycarbonate The Easy Edition is our basic veranda model. This budget-friendly veranda is manufactured from high quality aluminium of German top quality and is equipped with slim posts.

Roofing The Easy Edition veranda is equipped with 16 mm thick Opal polycarbonate roofing. These beautiful lightweight polycarbonate plates are milky white coloured and yet sun permeable, giving you a softer, even light.

Additional possibilities For the Easy Edition veranda Gardendreams has designed a sliding door, side wall and front wall to keep you protected from rain and wind under your veranda.

Superior Edition with polycarbonate The Superior Edition is a veranda with extremely high load bearing capacity. It can be constructed to the unprecedented size of 7 metres wide and 6 metres deep. That is 42 m² on only two posts!

Thicker beams, gutter and posts Because of thicker beams, thicker gutter and thicker posts this veranda has a gigantic carrying capacity and a robust appearance. Besides its suitability for the home, the Superior Edition veranda is also especially suitable for the hospitality industry and sports clubs.

Roofing The Superior Edition has two kinds of standard roofing; Polycarbonate Opal or Polycarbonate Clear. The Opal is milky white in colour. The Clear is bright in colour and lets light through. Free-standing construction No veranda attached to your home, but an ideal place to sit in your garden? A detached veranda construction from Gardendreams allows you to create a veranda in your garden, separate from your home.

Gutter on the rear side With the free-standing veranda, the gutter is at the rear and the highest point of the veranda is at the front. Through this clever placement the gutter is not directly visible and you can enjoy a full view.

Overhang construction An overhang construction is a special beam, that makes it possible to place the posts of your veranda further back. Besides a beautiful and stylish look, the overhang construction offers a number of benefits.

Less incoming rain A great advantage of the overhang construction for verandas is that you have less trouble with rain. Because of the extended roof, rain has less chance to be blown under your veranda.

More space Another advantage of the overhang construction is that it creates more space underneath your veranda. The overhang construction is also the solution for situations where you have enough space for the roof construction, but the posts can not be placed due to obstacles. With the overhang construction the posts are set back and you make optimal use of the available space in your garden.

Outdoor panels A great alternative to the aluminium walls and aluminium fences are the stylish metal-made Outdoor Panels. These walls can be used as a side and/or front wall for your veranda, but also as a fence in your garden.

Powder coated metal Outdoor Panels are thick-walled panels and are finished in powder coated metal on both sides. The Interior consists of a foam of approximately 4 cm and has a strong insulating effect. The great advantage of the Outdoor panels is that they are more favourable in price in relation to aluminium and are available in widths up to 700 centimetres.

Height per 100 cm The height of the panels is 100 cm per panel to lay up to desired height. The outdoor panels are only available in Anthracite (RAL 7016).

Gable with polycarbonate or glass Do you place a veranda near a fence? Do you want to expand your veranda with a side or glass sliding wall? Or do you want more privacy? With a gable you can close the space above the fence or wall.

Side wall and glass sliding walls A gable is an option often chosen when placing a sidewall of aluminium, polycarbonate or glass. Especially with an aluminium sidewall it has added value, because you will enjoy more daylight under your veranda. In the case of glass sliding walls, you will need a gable to close the space above the glass panels and to fasten the top rail.

Front and side walls with polycarbonate In order to be able to enjoy your veranda optimally in all weather conditions, without obscuring the space under your veranda, a side or front wall is an ideal addition to your veranda.

Barely darken These walls prevent wind and rain and because of the transparency of polycarbonate the space under the veranda is barely obscured. In addition, placing a side wall and/or front wall ensures that the heat remains under the veranda for longer. The polycarbonate sheets are available in two standard types; Clear and Opal. At an additional cost it is also possible to opt for heat-resistant polycarbonate.

Glass sliding walls with 8 mm panels Gardendreams has developed its own glass sliding system. This system, with sliding glass panels gives you a fully transparent view into your garden.

The glass sliding system consists of several glass panels that can be individually moved on a rail with wheels.

This flexible weather and wind protection system allows for a unique virtually barrier-free passage.

Under-roof sun awning GD 879 The GD Tracfix 879 is impressive in its simple design. The cassette is only 130 mm in diameter. As a result, the screen is not very noticeable under your veranda.

Electric sun awning With the electric Solar protection in the collection of Gardendreams you have a very good price-quality ratio. This simple and luxury systems are easy to operate with the built-in Somfy motor. You can quickly and easily operate your Solar protection. This is possible with either a switch or an optional remote control.

The Tracfix-system At an additional cost you can carry out the GD 879 with the Tracfix-system. The Tracfix-system gives you a close conduction of the canvas in a closed circuit and suspends the canvas pretty tight. You don’t have light seeping between the side guides and the cloth.

At Gardendreams you can choose from different types of polycarbonate and glass roofing. Polycarbonate Polycarbonate sheets have an x-structure. Together with a thickness of 16 mm this ensures a very strong roofing. This way a lot of snow on your veranda roof is no problem. Glass The Gardendreams glass roofing is made of laminated 8 mm thick safety glass. The roofing is similar to a regular window that is placed in an average house. The great advantage of a glass roof is minimal loss of light, making this roofing material a perfect choice if you prefer having as much sunlight as possible underneath your veranda or in your house.
