TCL originates from the naonal motor company that has a well-established track record of more than a decade in vehicle leasing and rental services. It has a network of branches across the kingdom and a diversified fleet of vehicles catering to a strong customer base within Government, Corporate, Commercial and Individual customers. Problem Statement The client has been experiencing a wide range of fleet related limitaons with a legacy ERP system. The exisng system could not effecvely meet the business requirements of the enterprise. The company has been funconing in a disintegrated system with rigid rental and leasing soluons. The client was facing difficules in financial integraon and cash flow management. The lack of co-ordinaon between different business processes hindered the efficiency, profitability and the image of the enterprise.
