Instructions for engrade.com Signing up to access your child’s grades Engrade is an easy way for your teacher to post grades, attendance, and upcoming assignments online. To access your child’s account, please do the following: 1. Go to http://www.engrade.com 2. You must re gister at thi s site, by clicking on the ‘Signup ’ tab 3. Click ‘Student’s Parent’ 4. Enter the access code which was sent home with your child. (You only have to enter the access code the ﬁrst time you sign up!) 5. Enter the requested information: Full name, valid email address, user name and password. 6. If you have more than one child at MS326, you must enter a di ! erent user name for each child. Passwords and email addresses can remain the same. 7. If you are unsure of your child’s access code, please ask your child’s teacher. 8. Students can sign up using the same access code through the ‘Student’ option if they are over 13 years old. The student login will be for the student to communicate with the teacher, turn in assignments online, see missing assignments, etc.

Signing up to access your child’s grades

Engrade is an easy way for your teacher to post grades, attendance, and upcoming assignmentsonline. To access your child’s account, please do the following:

1. Go to http://www.engrade.com

2. You must register at this site, by clicking on the ‘Signup’ tab

3. Click ‘Student’s Parent’

4. Enter the access code which was sent home with your child. (You only have to enter theaccess code the first time you sign up!)

5. Enter the requested information: Full name, valid email address, user name and password.

6. If you have more than one child at MS326, you must enter a diff erent user name for eachchild. Passwords and email addresses can remain the same.

7. If you are unsure of your child’s access code, please ask your child’s teacher.

Registrarse para ver las notas de su hijo

Engrade.com es un registro de calificaciones ‘online’ que permite que los maestros de su hijo/a puedan grabar sus notas, asistencias y trabajos pendientes. Para acceder a la cuenta de su hijo/a,por favor siga las siguientes instrucciones:

1. Ve a la págna, http://www.engrade.com/?language=es(Si introduce esta direcciónexactament, verá la página en Español. Si no, cambie el idioma de la página en la bandera que sale en la mano izquierda superior.)

2. En esta página, se tiene que registrar en la opción ‘Registro’ (parte superior a la derecha)

3. Aquí, haga click en la opción ‘Padre del alumno’

4. Luego tendrá que introducir el código de acceso que le dio el maestro/la maestra de su hijo/ a.

5. Introduzca la información pertinente: Nombre, dirección de correo electrónico válida,usuario que usted determine y una contraseña.

6. Si tiene más de un hijo/a en el colegio MS326, tendrá que hacer un registro para cada

alumno/a con su propio código y usuario.7. Si desconoce el código de acceso de su hijo/a, por favor contacte con el maestro/la maestra

del alumno/a.

8. Los alumnos también pueden tener su propio registro (para entregar trabajos, ver sus notas,etc) si son mayores de 13 años de edad y con el mismo código de acceso.
