pacien name is ristic petar, born in 1957 in Nis, admeted to the hospital treatmant on octobar the firsy 2012.presenting complaints: red, hot, swollen big toehistory of p.c. : during the night the patient felt the pain in his big toe. He also felt fatigue and had high fever. The pain was un endurable and lasted whole night and paintent could not bear socs on or anything else on his toe. The big toe was red, hot, tendr and swollen. The patient mantioned that the day before he had a big meal with lot's of meat.His blood sample was taken and it was found that he had the increased lavel of uric acid. The next day he contacted his doctor and was admeted to a hospital treatmant.past medical history: He was addmited to hospital because of apendix operation. He has had a hypertension for the last 4 years.Medication and allergies: He takes a medical therapy for hypertnsion. He is allergic to penicilin.Social and family history: He lives with his wife and 2 children. His father died of a stroke. his mother has had DM type II for the last 15 years. He has been smoking 25 cigarets per day fot the last 20 years. He doesn"t drink.
