To whom it may concern

I hereby recommend recommending Mr. Radu Matei for the position of Vice President

Alumni Development in AIESEC Romania for 2012-2013 term.

I have known Radu from the beginning of my term as a President in April 2011 and

since then he proved himself a creative person, always ready to give practical and

simple solutions to a variety of problems. Moreover, he likes to put his ideas into

practice and has a strong sense of determination once he set a goal. When I met

him, his LC was an initiative group, but because his strong leadership characteristics,

at the end of his second term, his imitative group gained its membership and

organized its first national conference.

On the personal side, Radu is a friend and a pleasant person to stand by. I’ve noticed

this while attending AIESEC Olymp-X, where I can say that I gained a friend. Due to

the interpersonal relations between Craiova, Arad, Timisoara and Oradea, the first

steps in creating a new GN were made, and this was reflected in the attitude of our

members.

Radu is a challenger of ideas, a person who does not settle with the status quo,

always ready for innovation and a person with a strong entrepreneurial sense. His

activity at local level, driving LC Arad to strive for excellence, combined with his

national work in the presidents team, makes Radu Matei the perfect candidate for the

position of MC VP Alumni Development.

I am sure that Radu will bring an important added value to the MC team of AIESEC

Romania. Summing all these skills and competencies mentioned above, I consider

Radu a great candidate for the position he is applying.
