Car?
On Thursday you can check in at the registration desk from 9.30 hrs. The rooms are
available from 15.00 hrs. You can leave your luggage in the hotel if you want to disco-
ver the city. You will share a room with people from the same gender and if possible
from your own country. It is not possible to change rooms.
Assisting Committee members will wait for you in the hall of the Central Station. They
will show you the hotel, so look out for them at the train station! They will be present
at the station from 9.30 until 17.00 hrs.
The registration desk will be open from 9.30 till 19.45 hrs.
The busses to farmers golf leave at 14.00 and 14.45 hrs. If you would like to
participate in a training from the EEB at 16.30 hrs, then you should not go to
the farmers golf. The Gala Dinner will be at 19.30 hrs.

Clothing which can become dirty (farmers golf)
If you’re not Dutch: an orange outfit for “The Party where you wear orange and we don’t”
If you’re Dutch: an outfit as European as possible for this party (There are prices to win!)
Food, drinks, clothing and gadgets from your country for the European Village Party (very important!!!)
Stuff to promote your FMO on the TP Market (also important if you want to organise a TP!)
Money for drinks (when are going out at night and on the parties)
A laptop if you think you would need it (there is free WiFi, but there are no computers with internet available in the LUMC).
A valid identity card (obliged on the streets in The Netherlands – instant fine to pay if you cannot show one: € 50)
A prove of your health insurance
Relax-clothing for long plenaries…
Proxy forms from your LC-1 or LC-2 if they are not coming themselves
Medication if you need it
A piece of paper on which any allergies you have are written
Toiletries
Clean underwear and socks (haha ;))
It is not necessary to bring swimming wear
A piece of common sense (do not use alcohol and drugs on the same time)
A lot of enthusiasm and sunshine (as we lack a bit of the last in the Netherlands)

You can park at the hotel, but you have to pay for the parking: this
costs € 9,00 a day.
You have to pay for parking in the city centre. This is € 2,50 an hour
of € 12,00 for a whole day. It is possible to find free parking places
outside the city centre. Look around the streets called Morsweg or
the Wassenaarseweg.
If you do not want to search, and do not mind to park a little bit
further away and take the bus, you can park at the Transferium ’t
Schouw Leiden. Parking is for free, but there is no security. This is
near the motor way A44. Address: Plesmanlaan 102, 2332 CB Leiden.
Busses leave from the Transferium to the Central Station every ten minutes.
These are not the usual busses, so ask the driver if he goes to the Central
Station. The price for a buss ticket is € 2.
