Want a Good Man. He works daily researching and studying

Since 1994, Ramon has delivered hundreds of speeches, worked

with Fortune 500 clients and he has helped hundreds of attendees

achieve maximum level of results. Ramon has been a licensed

minister since 1996 and ordained since 2001.

Ramon has earned a reputation to be analytical in his leadership.

He used his training leading over 100 African American employees

in the largest civil rights case in the state of South Carolina against

Nucor Steel. Ramon has conducted training in the U.S. Navy, R&M

Engineered Products, Cummins Inc. and Nucor Steel.

Ramon’s strong skill as an experienced facilitator teaches seminar participants, “Productivity based leadership”, Community Based Leadership” and “Succession Based Leadership” to acquire the necessary training skills to successful in the 21st Century workplace.

In 1994, Engineering Test Services and division of Cummins Diesel hired Ramon to deliver the first ever onsite training of it’s kind of racism in the workplace. Cummins is one of the best employers of minorities.

Ramon has managed two mayoral campaigns. He has co-hosted “City On A Hill”, a Charleston Radio Show on WJNI. Ramon as co-hosted the popular show, The Naked Truth on YouTube. Mr. has spoken a Texas A&M and Regent University.
