    Aim your answers to skills that the employers seek.These include knowledge, interpersonal skills, decisionmaking skills, motivation skills and stress handling.

    Stay focused on strengths; do not highlight weakness asone is hired on the basis of ones strengths.

    Omit slang and casual vernacular expressions. Omit
