TITLE: Building Housekeeper (Full-time) Location: Vancouver, BC Salary: $17.71 per hour A Building Housekeeper is responsible for the health, organization and cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the building. They are responsible for cleaning offices, team, and event areas. A large percentage of their tasks will be focused on post event cleaning and restocking. Building Housekeepers are also waste ambassadors, and are highly involved with the building’s waste and recycling diversion program which requires operating forklifts to transport and dump waste containers. TITLE: Quality Control Technician Location: East Richmond, BC Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Control Technician will support the Quality Assurance team in the areas of sampling, monitoring, report writing and administrative tasks. Build framed and semi-frameless shower enclosures. These are our proprietary products and are

composed primarily of glass and aluminium.

Cut and fabricate mirror.

Inventory control including verification that custom products needed to fulfill specific sales have been

ordered. (The actual ordering is done by the accountant.)

Following up on said custom orders to ensure they arrive on time.

Checking all received products to ensure accuracy including quality.

Polishing out minor defects in glass received.

Re-ordering products that arrive defective and advising sales of said defects.

Assemble all products required to fill sales orders.

Package products for safe shipping.

Shipping and receiving

Maintaining equipment (forklift, air compressor, glass polisher, saws, etc.)

Maintaining warehouse.

Improving warehouse while adhering to overall vision of owner.

TITLE: Door & Shelving Installer Location: Burnaby, BC Work Hours: 40 hrs per week Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 depending on experience Positions Available: 1 Duties/Responsibilities: The job primarily concerns the installation of shower enclosures, mirror and similar glass products such as railings. PSD is currently expanding into wire and laminate shelving as a Closet Maid distributor, so familiarity with that product line is also necessary at least until such time as dedicated closet installers are justified. As PSD expands into other product lines similar expectations may be required. Site visits as required.

Preparing precise and detailed site measures, including notation of all relevant site conditions.

Preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), including installation labour requirements.

Installing PSD products to PSDÃ¢ï¿½ï¿½s high standards of workmanship. Putting speed ahead of precision will get you fired. Putting precision first will keep you employed. Speed will come with time.
