The New & Improved Employee Referral Program [BETA] SCR is currently working on implementing a New & Improved Employee Referral Program. Although I cannot give you every amazing detail about the new program Yet, I wanted to get started right away with some of the things that have been approved as part of the new program. Part I of the New Employee Referral Program: Today & at any time you need them, you will have the opportunity to take 10-15 Employee Referral Business Cards to get you started. When you run out, feel free to grab more. At some point this week, they will be set out in the common areas so you’ll be able to grab them as you need them. So what are they? The idea in giving you the first of many, many tools to aid you in becoming a top Employee Referral Achiever, is that we want also want to make it easy and rewarding for you. These tools that are being created for you are designed with a fail-safe. That is, to make sure that your efforts are counted and rewarded. We WANT you to get the credit for any efforts that you make in helping SCR recruit drivers. We know it’s challenging to make sure your referral writes down your name on the application. You’ve instructed them more than once to ensure that your efforts reward you and they still may not do it. So, with the way I’ve designed this tool and all future tools, will ensure that your efforts are counted for. Here’s how the cards work: The premise behind the cards is this: The business cards allow SCR employees to write their name on each card they hand out. When your referral applies and comes in for an interview, they hand the card to their interviewer, which, if hired, the candidate receives a $100 sign-on bonus just for bringing in the card. This is a fail-safe to ensure that you get the credit for the referral. Your referral is 100 more times likely to bring in the card, which ensures your name is attached to their application, because it has a monetary value that is offered to them.

At current, if the candidate that you referred is hired, not only do they get the sign-on bonus, you get PAID! The current payout structure remains in place and is:

Payout structure *1st Payout upon completion of training: $50

*2nd Payout upon completion of 90 days: $150

The Future of the Employee Referral Program: Starting NOW, all referrals that come in will be added to your profile and a tally will start. A Competition is on the horizon, leader boards will be set up and you will love the new guidelines [pending approval]. But, until the entirety of the program is fully approved, you are encouraged to start now. The New Employee Referral Program will be a year-round initiative with changes in contests, adding new tools for you all the time and rewarding your efforts. More to Come!!!!
