EMPLOYEE LOAN APPLICATION

This application is for BIGAR Architecture, Engineering and Urban Design plc (hereinafter the “employer”) members of staff only. The purpose of this loan is to assist employees who have experienced an unforeseen emergency or for personal use which will be paid back to the employer in the manner stipulated below. The maximum loan amount is 25% of the annual basic salary after all relevant taxes have been deducted. This same amount will be paid back to the employer within a maximum of one year. The employer will deduct 25% of the employee’s monthly salary after all relevant taxes starting the following month after the date the loan has been given, and the loan will be repaid within the year. Should the employee require a loan more than the allowable maximum as per his/her annual salary, this can be arranged provided the employee agrees to repay the loan within a year and agrees to make a monthly repayment back to the employer at a rate higher than the 25% of the monthly salary after taxes as specified above. The employer reserves all rights with regards to granting or denying any loan to the employee.
