All regular employees who have been in the company for at least one year from date of hire

All is entitled to P200.00 Gift Certificate (GC)

P1,500.00 – 1 year to less than 3 years

P2,000.00 – 3 years to less than 6 years

P3,000.00 – 6 years to less than 10 years

P4,500.00 – 10 years to less than 15 years

P6,000.00 – 15 years to less than 20 years

P10,000.00 – 20 years and over

Must undergo Annual Physical Exam (APE) on your birth month. You may go on half day leave.

Employee who did not undergo APE during his birth month forfeits his birthday bonus

It is credited to employee’s payroll account every July 10.

An employee resigning or whose services where terminated any day on or before June 30 forfeits his clothing subsidy.*

COMPUTER LOANPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All regular employees with pay levels 3 & up who have rendered at least two (2) years of continuous service.

Credit limit is based on the employee’s pay level:

P20,000.00 – Pay Level 3

P30,000.00 – Pay Level 4

P40,000.00 – Pay Level 5

P50,000.00 – Pay Level 6 & up

It is payable in twenty four (24) pay days at an interest date of ten (10) percent per annum.

COMPENSATORY TIME CREDITS

Persons Eligible Details Conditions

All probationary and regular employees occupying pay level 5

On restdays / holidays 1st 4 hours -- 0.75 day> 4 <= 8 hours -- 1.25 days> 8 <= 16 hours -- 1.75 days> 16 <= 24 hours -- 2.25 days

No longer entitled to OT Pay.

Available CT credits are converted to cash upon promotion or resignation.

EDUCATIONAL LOANPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All employees who have been in continuous service for the company for at least 3 years

Loanable amount of P12,000.00 which is payable in 6 months or 12 pay days through salary deduction

It may be availed of under the following enrolments:

(1) Academic institutions to acquire diploma or gain a degree

(2) Review centers to earn professional license and/or to get a certification

(4) Training seminars that will add to the CPE credits of a licensed professional.

Immediate family shall refer to children and siblings.

EMERGENCY LOANPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All employees P3,000.00 which is payable in 3 months or 6 pay days through salary deduction

It may be availed of under the following circumstances:

(1) Hospitalization of employee and/or immediate family member

(2) Destruction of employee’s residence from fire or other natural calamities

(3) Death of an immediate family member

Immediate family shall refer to:

Single – parents and siblings

Single Parent –children

Married – spouse and children*

(1) Hospitalization and/or medicine of employee and/or immediate family member

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVEPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All employees

Only applies to permanent / contractual, with minimum contract duration of three (3) months, technical positions that do not need to undergo trainings

When the referred hire has completed at least three (3) months of active service, the referring employee will automatically receive the incentive amounting to P5,000.00, subject to taxes, in his/her payroll bank account

Exemption: executive / managerial level, employees in the Human Resources, individuals referring their own direct or indirect reports into their own department, and the hiring supervisor of the open position

DEPLOYMENT INCENTIVEPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All regular employees deployed to a project

P2,000.00 – Pay Level 2

Will not be entitled to DI when not deployed

All regular employees (Home-grown) 6 months to 5.99 years of service –

MEAL AND TRANSPORTATION SUBSIDY

During Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, meal subsidy is equivalent to sixty pesos (P60.00) for the first eight hours of work and an additional sixty pesos (P60.00) for work rendered beyond eight (8) hours.

Covered employees shall receive a transportation subsidy of (P 60.00) for the excess 4 hours of work rendered, provided that the work ends between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Employee who rendered at least 4 hours to eight hours shall receive P200.00.

NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL AND MIDNIGHT ALLOWANCE

A night shift differential d employees are paid equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the hourly rate for each hour.

A midnight allowance of fifty pesos (P50.00)

Work is performed between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am

Work is performed beyond 12:00 midnight.

All employees who are sent to an out-of-town assignment

Equivalent to a minimum of P200.00 – this covers the meals of the employee

Employee will be provided with accommodation and transportation based on the actual cost.

If the employee’s meals are not provided by the client.

The rate may be different depending on the place of assignment and/or the client.

RETIREMENT BENEFITSPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All regular employees who have rendered continuous service for the company for at least 10 years.

10 to 20 years – 10%

21 to 30 years – 25%

Retire at the age of 60:

100% of the current basic + 1 /12 of the 13th month pay + 5 days paid leave of service X years of service

SABBATICAL LEAVEPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All employees who are have rendered three (3) years of continuous service regardless of rank

Entitled to sabbatical leave or prolonged vacation leave without pay maximum period of forty-five (45) working days

Unpaid days will not be included in the computation of 13th month and leaves.

SICK LEAVEPersons Eligible Details Conditions

All employees Entitled to fifteen (15) days sick leave with pay per year.

It is accumulating as long as the employee is employed with CPI. – 1.25 per sick leave

Earned Sick Leaves are convertible to cash only upon separation from the company or those in excess of 30 earned SLs.

TRAINING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS

All regular employees who have rendered an aggregate service of at least five (5) years regardless of rank.

Entitled to send their immediate family members to attend the company’s training

Twelve (12) days classroom training

Immediate family member covers parents, siblings, spouse and children .

Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree.

One training module per year

TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE

150% of actual difference between residence to CPI Office and residence to the client’s site.

May be availed if assigned outside Makati, Ortigas and San Juan.

Annual vacation leave (VL) credits depends on the employee’s length of service with the Company:
