What is Employee engagement

The extent that an employee believes in the mission, purpose andvalues of an organization and demonstrates that commitment throughtheir actions as an employee and their attitude towards the employerand customers. Employee engagement is high when the statements andconversations held reflect a natural enthusiasm for the company, itsemployees and the products or services provided.
