Definition

Empowerment:- Employee empowerment is a management practice of sharing information, rewards and power with employee so that they can take initiative and make decision to solve problems and improve service and performance.

Providing for employee training as needed

Coaching tasks with which the employee has some skills but is lacking experience or motivation

Supporting tasks where the employee knows what to do but is still lacking confidence in their abilities

Delegating tasks where the employee is motivated and fully capable.
