EMPANELMENT OF ARCHITECTS I CONSULTING ENGINEERS General information for the Architects I Consulting Engineers who wish to include their name in the Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. panel for construction of various buildings, electrical, air- conditioning, fire safety works, etc. are requested to read following instructions before filling in the forms.

1. Architectural I Consulting firms, intending for empanelment in Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. are requested to furnish the details as per enclosed format for consideration.

2. If the space provided in the proforma is insufficient for giving full details, separate sheet of paper may be used.

3. Information furnished to Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. will be kept as strictly confidential.

4. Decision of the Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. regarding selection I rejection for empanelment will be final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained. Architects I Consultants empanelled will be informed by post.

5. Information and details furnished by empanelled firm / party if found to be false at any time in future or any information withheld, come to the notice of Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. on later date, the empanelment will be cancelled immediately.

6. The proforma or part thereof shall be signed by any one or more persons on behalf of the firm holding the power of attorney to do so.

7. Empanelment of firms will be valid only for 3 years, if selected.

8. Where copies are required to be furnished, these should be certified copies.

9. The criteria for selection of Architects shall be as per Guidelines as under :

Ø The Architects/consultants, who are already working with the Govt. department, PSU & other private party to be considered.

Ø Persons who have Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture /respective branch of engineering either from India or abroad and / or have done considerable extent of work as architect for a period of more than three years to be considered.

Ø Members of Council of Architecture & AIIA/Institution of Engineers for consultancy or any other professional institutes.

Ø Members of Council of Architecture or any other professional institute.

Ø As minimum criteria for empanelment, consultants/architects should have successfully executed at least one work of similar nature of comparable magnitude/value in the past three years.

10. The architects / consultants should have PAN & Service Tax nos.

11. The Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd. reserves the rights to accept or reject any application.

12. Completed empanelment document shall be submitted up to the last date given in advertisement, during office hours to the office of the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director, Assam Police Housing Corporation Ltd., Rehabari, Guwahati-8.
