Ideal Location

Set on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a resident maintained garden, we are considered one of Willamette Valley’s premier senior living communities. Located a short drive from Detroit Lake and Silver Falls State Park, we are close to Highway 22 and 20 minutes east of Salem and I-5. Our community offers 62 assisted living apartments on two floors and 12 retirement cottages.

Our common areas include our lovely dining room, TV room, fireside library, Coca-Cola® room and a activity/craft room. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including parties, hobbies, exercise programs, cultural enrichment programs and off-site excursions. We are conveniently located in a rural area, near grocery stores, restaurants, Santiam Community Park and Pioneer Park. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Santiam Memorial Hospital, Silverton Hospital and Salem Hospital if ever needed.

Assisted Living As we get older, many of us naturally need a helping hand – perhaps someone to help us get ready for the day, help manage our medications or prepare special meals. Some-times that’s all we need to live safely on our own.

Our staff is here to offer that helping hand, but only when and if you need it. Our full range of assisted living services are designed to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. These include:

To ensure we meet your needs, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the wE Care® Resi-dent Evaluation Program. This helps us accurately evaluate and monitor assisted living services for each resident. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.

Short-Stay A great way to get to know usIf you want to experience living at an Emeritus community before making a permanent move, or you’re being discharged from a hospital or nursing care facility and aren’t quite ready to go home, consider our short term stay program. You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy– home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more.
