Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard and walking trails, Emeritus at Fulton Villa is considered one of the premier assisted living and Alzheimer’s communities east of the Bay area. Located close to Highway 99 and I-5, our newly remodeled community offers 79 apartments on two floors.

Our common areas, including our lovely dining room, TV room and library, give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community outings to Jackson Casino. Emeritus at Fulton Villa stands in a quiet residential area behind Oak Park, also home to Oak Park Senior Center. Yet shopping abounds! Our community is close to the Webbertown & Sherwood Mall, Miracle Mile and numerous other shopping centers. Several medical facilities are also nearby, including St Joseph’s Medical Center, Dameron Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
