I would like to take the next few minutes to describe the 5Cs of the ICE Buddy:

Concept to CustomerGood Morning to each of you. My name is Lorraine Jones and I am currently the Senior VP for Design and Production. I am going to take the next few minutes to describe the 5Cs of the ICE Buddy including its: Core Components that distinguish it from competitors; Collaboration with manufacturers; Customization considerations for the product; Commercialization which refers to product improvements and leveraging the technology;

And last but not least, the Use of Funds statement that impacts how the ICE Buddy transitions from Concept to Customer utilizing a $7 million investment instrument. 8Core ComponentsProduct CharacteristicsProprietary Gel

Polypropylene

Kosher Process

FDA Approved

The ICE Buddy utilizes a proprietary gel developed over 30 years ago at Cornell Universitys research facility. Its primary usage has been in construction and agricultural areas because of is superior absorption capacity that is 150-300% of its own weight in fluid. The gel has proven over the past 30 years to be non-toxic, re-usable, and extremely stable in wide temperature gradients. The polypropylene material used to construct the MedMate exists in bead form and can be made utilizing Kosher practices that also meet FDA requirements for items being used in conjunction with food products.Kosher and FDA certifications are important to consumers who observe Kosher practices as well as those consumers who are increasingly conscious about recycling, green technology, and environmental impacts. These characteristics distinguish the ICE Buddy System as a unique and impactful product in at least 26 niche markets ranging from hospitals to emergency responders to schools. 9CollaborationManufacturersAerial Machine and ToolHy TenNational and International Partners/Affiliates

ICE Buddy is privileged to have established working relationships with manufacturers who have exemplified professionalism and production excellence in their respective industries.Aerial Machine and Tool located in Vesta, VA has produced the parachutes utilized by the US Military and the Red Cross. They will serve as the prime manufacturer for the Buddy Bag.Hy Ten located in New Hampshire is the prime for the manufacturer of the MedMate. Their core business is comprised of plastics including the Igloo line. Each manufacturer has national and international partners and affiliates who will leverage their ability to: amass raw materials for the production; fulfill large orders; and, drop ship to designated locations in places as diverse as the mountains of West Virginia to rugged terrain in the Middle East and Africa. Aerial and Hy Tn also have a long standing reputation for meeting tight Mil Specs and tolerance on their products which increases product longevity and reliability that will build brand loyalty for all the ICE Buddy line of products.10CustomizationMANUFACTURERANNUAL CAPACITY PER TOOL# of TOOLS/PATTERN ANNUAL CAPACITY TOTALWEEKLY CAPACITY TOTALDACORP - GA650,0001 Pattern650,00012,500DACORP Partners700,000 1 Pattern700,00013,450AERIAL VA. The ICE Buddy will require 16 weeks for the development of the MedMate tool; acquisition of raw materials to produce the MedMate and Buddy Bag; testing on the final prototype; and, finally, assembly and packaging in preparation for delivery. The component parts of the ICE Buddy are made by different manufacturers which means they can be shipped separately or as a unit. Specialty barcodes will be used to identify the manufacturer of the units and assure tracking accuracy. Aerial Machine and Tool and Hy Ten in conjunction with their affiliates are able to produce 58k Buddy Bags and 69k MedMates, per week. Each manufacturer has access to expansive storage space that enables flexible delivery scenarios to meet the needs of the end user. The importance lies in the fact that we can stockpile ICE Buddys before disaster strikes. Quarantines, restricted supply chains, blocked waterways, and restricted overland routes can severely curtail manufacturing and delivery. Aerial has a stellar reputation for being able to deliver door to door and in war zones around the world.

Anthony Ruiz, the Assistant District Director Business Development for the U.S. Small Business Administration in the Washington, DC District Office, provided mentoring to Ms. Norris and myself as we developed the Business Plan for ICE Buddy Systems, Inc. My personal experience over the past 15 years has helped me to learn the value of forecasting into the future.Research and Development will play a key role in assuring that the technology utilized in the Buddy Bag and MedMate is continuously reviewed and improved resulting in better ICE Buddy Units. The added benefit of R & D is to ensure that ICE Buddy leverages the available technology to impact and improve upon products currently available in the marketplace. We have 4 products on the drawing board that are ready for incubation and eventual introduction into the marketplace.

13David WolfDirector of Sales and MarketingNext, David Wolf will detail both the Revenue and the Marketing Strategy for ICE Buddy.

Good Morning and thanks to both Pam and Lorraine for their presentations with us.

Now ..My presentation will share how we will deliver on the sales and the Return on Investmentcertainly the main reason we are all here today.

Now my hope is that I can exhibit the same expertise and commitment as witnessed by Pam and Lorraines presentations

14Today's Market Situation...

Our government is still learning how to manage large scale catastrophic disasters, specifically in coastal areas.

We can no longer assume that our country is prepared to handle such disasters or that emergency service organizations have plentiful power utility resources.

A recognition that the lack of portability of long term refrigeration renders life saving medications ineffective and unsafe for human consumption. We are ill-prepared for more natural disasters and the resulting void of accessible electricity.

Ist bullet: Let me start by defining the current market.Read Our Govt ..

Next bullet: What would be different if we witnessed another Katrina?

Next bullet: Read..

Now What we HAVE learned is this: Next: A recognition add the following two points

1. People have to become self reliant We are becoming much more dependent on refrigeration , worldwide.

Therefore, todayread we a re ill prepared////

15How We Will Exceed Our Revenue Goals Three Necessary and Proven Steps I have outlined three steps to accomplish the return of investment for us today.

Next slide16Step OneWho and WhereDay 1 to Day 90Next slide17

Pairing Market Agents with Marketers to Insure Investment Repayment

A Shelter Agent will house emergency crises victims. A Deployment Agent transports needed supplies and relief aid to the site of a pending disaster or immediately following emergency crises. A Preparedness Agent markets, procures and redistributes needed supplies to end users to prepare for emergencies.

Lets talk about the who nextAgents refer our customers who will deliver our products to the end user and you will see this term throughoutt he business plan

Shelter Agents Examples would be those agencies or businesses that maintain their facility as a public shelter or refuge. Examples of Shelter Agents would be hotels, churches, schools or related facilities that will attract and house disaster victims, temporarily.

Next: Examples would be Federal Government (FEMA), military, National Guard, international organizations, Red Cross, humanitarian agencies and local municipalities.Next: Examples would be retail merchants, corporations, internet commerce sites, non-profit agencies or such entities that deal with preparing the end user, directly.

To insure this objective, a systematic processes will be evaluated for all Market Agents and Marketers

(Read first bullet)

Next:Read bullet; We will stratify the sales, market and profitability metrics required for our current and future product portfolios into their intended market.

Next : Read bullet;Once completed, each Agent and Marketer will be scored cumulatively to determine their specific potential/risk/reward.

Now, Here is how this will look:
