Most of Organizations have now very clear view of the threat landscape and are experienced in choosing Technology partners to set their Security Policy at the required level. But threat is not the only problem. At the same time across the EMEA region regulation waves are restarting with the local implementation of Directive 136 on Privacy. Compliance efforts are highly localized due to Country based regulations on Healthcare or Cybersecurity. So compliance mission is highly complexified by local needs. Last, but not least, the proliferation of Smart and Mobile devices should be put under serious and safe control. Organizations are battling to protect the ever growing device landscape: how can they protect their members diversity of mobile devices ? KEY TOPICS

Mobility and device explosion. Users are still the biggest security threat, as they will do anything to increase their productivity and make use of any

available device, integrating these into their work and in doing so further blurring the lines between their professional and personal lives. Users will always find a way around you to get their devices to do what they want. As a security professional it is your job to continue to support, rather than inhibit, your company's productivity levels.

Social networking. Social networking is here to stay, and the perceived benefits to the business outweigh any concerns you might have about increased security threats, working hours, open backdoors and loss of data, so you will need to tread a careful path enabling social networking but at the time making sure your organisation is not at risk.

Big data. The data generated will exceed 7 zettabytes by 2014 triple today's total. This data explosion will inspire to an increase in creative misuse of data and the intelligence behind abuse of data will reach new heights.

Cloud computing. Cloud computing is being piloted at most companies and we are yet to see essential applications being moved to the cloud. But with 80% of new enterprise apps developed for the cloud this year, many executives expect to move more business-critical applications to the cloud in the near future creating a new set of threats for security professionals.

"Hactivism". Cyber crime is big business and cyber criminals are becoming ever more professional. Targeted attacks with intented output are a reality and cyber criminals are all too aware of the monetary value of intellectual property and confidential information.

TARGET AUDIANCE This informative events are designed these industries Medical & Healthcare, Banking & Finance , Energy & Utilities, Government Bodies and Associations, Manufacturing , Wholesale & Retail Trading , Telecommunications & Media.

Recent economic instability and the pressure to cut costs are making IT departments less flexible. Users who have become used to the sophistication of consumer technology have responded by bringing their own tools, including mobile devices, into the workspace. As a result, in 2011 the consumerisation of IT came to the fore in IT departments. In 2012, as the buzz wears off and organisations begin to navigate BYO policy and social media strategies, it is time for them to assess the bigger picture. Which areas of consumerisation are they not yet ready for and how can they prepare?
