This is a presentation developed and delivered by Yvette Adams of The Creative Collective at an event called a Tech Clinic held in Townsville, Queensland, Australia on 28 November 2011. The event which was organised by DEEDI and Australian Institute of Commercialisation attracted a range of small business owners from a wide variety of industry sectors, all keen to better understand what the national broadband network is and how they can better capitalise on the digitial economy.
