In case if any harassment or torture or risk to my life happens than it would be you who would be

responsible and accountable for not protecting the undersigned in light of the letter from the

Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat issued on 28-2-2005.

From today 's newspaper and recent earlier media reports on the staff working under you, I have

reason to feel that you and your staff working under you , deliberately do not carry out the

investigation so as to cover up the acts of the alleged culprits including Nishit Pethalji Chavada

and it was for this reason you deliberately do not want to side track Mr. Chudasma , ACP sitting at

    Vejalpur .

In case you do not furnish the information asked by promptly and in detail then it is very clear as

to why you do not want to bark against Nishit Pethalji Chavada. The said information has to be

provided within 48 hours when it concerns the issue of life and liberty of a person. From the facts

and circumstances of case presented in the emails addressed to the Honorable Chief Minister of

Gujarat as well as narrated to you , it ought to have been very clear to you that the issue involves

life and liberty of the undersigned and my family.

I am marking the present email to media , the activists working for Right to Information Act for

sake of my safety especially when the staff working under you do not carry out the investigation

with your blessings so as to protect alleged culprits.

I look forward to the information called under Right to Information Act forthwith without wastage of

any further time while taking due care of protecting me and my family members.

    Yours sincerely,

    Pankaj S Mody
