To Open your Gmail Account on new window:

1.Click the Chrome menu in the top-right corner of the browser and then select New window. Alternatively, press Ctrl+N on your keyboard.

1.In the left menu pane click the Compose button.

3.You'll need to add one or more recipients to the To: field. There are two ways to do this: •Type one or more email addresses, separated by commas.

To Compose Email:• If the person you are emailing is already one of your

contacts, you can start typing their first name, last name, or email address, and Gmail will display the contact below the To: field. You can then press the Enter key to add the person to the To field.

4.Type a Subject for the message.

5.In the Body field, type your message. When you're done, click Send.

How to highlight text using your mouse

To highlight text using your mouse, position your cursor at the beginning of the text you want to highlight.

Press and hold your primary mouse button (commonly the left-button); while holding the button, move the cursor to the end of the text and let go of the button.

This will highlight all text from the beginning to the end.

How to highlight text using your keyboard

To highlight text with your keyboard move the cursor to the beginning of the text using your arrow keys, hold down the shift key, and while still holding down shift press the arrow key in the direction you want to highlight; when done, let go of the shift key.

If you want to highlight all text press the shortcut key Ctrl + A.

To Add an Attachment:While composing an email, click the paperclip icon at the bottom of the compose window.
