Healthy living is something that we need everyday. We need to eat healthy and get the right amount of nutrients every day. Everybody needs to get exercise
into their routines, we need to stay fit to keep our figures.
Jogging, walking, speed walking, simple as that!
Eating healthy, it is so simple to get our fruits and vegetables of the day!
Healthy Living
• It is simple to get exercise into our routines. Going out for a walk with friends is exercising, taking an hour on an exercise video is exercising. Doing jumping jacks, using the skip rope. Some of us may even have exercising machines.
Healthy eating
• It is so important for us to eat healthy every day. We need the right amount of water for hydration after our exercises. The right about of calories and nutrients. We need iron in our meats to keep that level up for protein.
