Electronic supplementary material Phylogenies used in Quaternary climate change was not an engine of diversification in New World bats (Chiroptera) by Brian R. Barber and Garrett Jensen. Journal of Mammalian Evolution Corresponding author: BRB, [email protected] For each taxonomic group we show the results of the BEAST 1.6.1 analysis used to infer relationships. Results of jModeltest for each data set are provided. Posterior probabilities are shown for clades that received > 0.50 support.
