NDIR SENSORS – HIGH TECHNOLOGY FOR YOUR APPLICATION

All smartGAS sensors are based on the

NDIR principle (non-dispersive infrared

technology). They feature excellent long-

term stability and high selectivity over

other gases. This guarantees absolutely

reliable operation with accurate readings

also in demanding environments.

We deliver our NDIR gas sensors fully cali-

brated and temperature compensated, and

also pressure compensated on request.

The convenient plug & play interface facili-

tates connection to your hardware.

As opposed to sensor technologies that are

based on chemical reactions, our optical

NDIR sensors require very little mainte-

nance.

Increasingly stringent environmental protection regulations, rising

fuel costs and the subsequent growing requirement for efficient

operation of incineration plants necessitate the use of intelligent

and reliable measuring and control technology in the exhaust

gas flow. Gas sensors for measuring emissions in the standard

combustion gases CH4, CO, CO2 or SO2 play a crucial role in this

process.

Our high-precision NDIR gas sensors of the FLOWEVO series for

measuring emissions reliably detect the gases CO, CO2 and SO2.

They are ideal for measuring the volume percentage and, depend-

ing on the version, also minute gas quantities in the ppm range.

This allows use of the stable and low-drift gas sensors for safety

monitoring in production processes as well as for precise control

and efficient operation of incineration systems.

FLOWEVO CO (2000 ppm)

The FLOWEVO NDIR sensor for CO with a

measuring range of 2000 ppm measures

the CO content in exhaust gases and

ambient air. It therefore provides indis-

pensable information for increased effi-

ciency and safety monitoring of processes

and for precise analysis measurements.

It can be used as a CO meter or flue gas

analyser in incineration or biogas plants, as

well as in numerous scientific applications.

FLOWEVO CO2 (2000 ppm)

Our FLOWEVO CO2 (2000 ppm) NDIR

sensor was developed for process mon-

itoring, lab analysis and environmental

surveillance. Like all of our gas sensors

for measuring emissions, it features high

precision and selectivity and low signal

drift and is designed for a long service life.

This makes it ideal for many scientific gas

analysis applications.

FLOWEVO SO2 (2000 ppm)

Developed for such diverse applications

as emissions measurement, process

monitoring or environmental analysis, our

NDIR-FLOWEVO SO2 (2000 ppm) is ideal

for installation in many different types

of gas measurement systems. Their low

detection limit and long-term stability also

make SO2 sensors suitable for diverse

tasks in numerous scientific research

fields.

In addition to these non-dispersive gas sensors of the EVO series, our product spectrum

also comprises additional NDIR sensors for many other emission gases such as CH4, HC,

CO2, NO, NO2. They are designed for measuring volume percentage or ppm.
