To receive the Sunset Wedding package , you MUST book all rooms for wedding groups of more than 30 people

Discounted rate applies for extra nights booked beyond the two night minimum, as part of the same booking.

The wedding accommodation discount is not combinable with any other offer, or offers, in market.

Le Lagoto’s Cancellation Policy applies — all cancellations must be in writing, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and the full balance must be paid one month before check in.

Accommodation Specials

Marriages in Samoa are legally recognised internationally.

To be legally married, you will require the following documents:

birth certificates for the bride and groom

passports for the bride and groom

decree absolute (divorce), if applicable

death certificate/s of former spouse/s, if applicable.

All documents and applicable certificates must be provided via email, one month prior to the wedding.

Documents should be in English and must be clearly readable.

Reception venue

Number of attendees must be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.

Seating arrangements will be based on the final number of confirmed attendees.

Tables can seat up to 10 people.

You are welcome to bring additional decorations and/or wedding favours.

Entertainment is to be organised by the wedding party. Le Lagoto has a PA and speaker system available for hire to play music, or the local Fiafia Group can be booked to perform.

Village curfew protocol requires that any entertainment/music must be turned down for approximately 15 minutes at dusk.

Reception must be closed by 12 midnight.

Catering

In-house catering only.

No food or drink, other than that prepared by Le Lagoto, will be served at the event — with the exception of the

wedding cake and/or additional desserts provided by the wedding party.

Food and drink prepared for the wedding and reception, by the resort, may not be removed from the event, other than as gifts or favours.

The charge for buffet options will be calculated on the total number of attendees (including the bridal party), as

confirmed two weeks prior to the event.

Buffet options require a minimum of 30 paying adults and are open for a minimum of two hours.

All catering must be selected and confirmed in writing one month prior to the event.

Bar tab

We recommend an open bar arrangement, up to a pre-determined limit. Once you reach your bar tab limit, we can revert to a cash bar system.

An open bar arrangement includes basic drinks, such as house wines (charged by the bottle), local beers, soft drinks, juice and bottled water. Additional drinks can be included on your open bar menu.

Bar tab details must be confirmed in writing one month prior to the event.

Ceremony

Sunset ceremonies are popular at Le Lagoto, however, we are able accommodate earlier ceremonies, to suit your

preference.

Payment terms and conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all wedding package bookings.

The balance remaining on the wedding package, any additional extras, and accommodation must be paid in full one month prior to the event.

Wedding food and beverage charges can be settled in advance or upon check out.
