The family has been growing grapes in this region for three generations. They time their harvest and ferment in breathable cement takes to express the natural strength, sinewy agility, balance and fresh nature of Tempranillo of the area. Sourced from a single family estate in the northern table lands "La Meseta," the elevated, high plains desert of Castilla y Leon. North of the ancient city of Salamanca and just south of the region of Toro. Trellised vines farmed in the south facing sloping vineyard located within a mountain bowl. Farmed naturally without any chemicals, but just enough water to keep the wine juicy.
