Welcome to the first Egan Market Review for 2009. It’s my pleasure to provide you with this comparative market report detailing the most recent property sales in Burraneer & South Cronulla so far for 2009. As you can see from these results, the demand for quality properties in these areas remains strong due to the fact that they are what I describe as “destination suburbs”.
