Welcome to the first Egan Market Review for 2009. It’s my pleasure to provide you with this comparative market report detailing the most recent property sales in Burraneer & South Cronulla so far for 2009. As you can see from these results, the demand for quality properties in these areas remains strong due to the fact that they are what I describe as “destination suburbs”. They are areas that people aspire to live in and once there, generally stay for a longer period.Many people have put their plans to move on hold due to the uncertainty of the first half of 2009, however, with interest rates at the lowest they have been, the demand continues to be strong for property not only in these areas, but across all price ranges.
