In a traditional science course there is always a large abundance of information to be retained in order to maximize success. This amount of retention would make it hard to miss a class or stay on top of things. Presently, there is now a way to be able to get the full science course experience online.

Also, there is no way to teach a science course without a laboratory component. There are now ways to teach students biological and chemical procedures online.

The University of Utah has formed an online science learning center that has been equipped with virtual laboratories that are as realistic as traditional laboratories. The virtual lab component is not only realistic but provides a combination of information during the procedure that is as beneficial as the traditional learning process that you would receive from in a lecture.
