• We can’t just deliver the same old, same old… • A curriculum planned and designed to the local, regional and national
needs, not to the skills of staff. • Curriculum planning for 2013/14 has been full of challenges:
– Funding methodologies – Study programme – 24 + loans – Traineeships
• Up-skilling and staff development. • Learners, jobs and careers. • Remember: this is a rapidly changing world.
