notice, or the high level of awareness to noticethe subtle discrimination taking place.

Many companies differentiate and categorizeMany companies differentiate and categorizetheir employee associates behind closed doors,to single you out, to show others favoritism andto victimize you, without getting caught.

You have seen your manager seemingly showingfavor over one person to the next. You haveseen a person, with little or no ability, receive apromotion in authority and income. You havep ybeen treated differently or discriminated againstduring your career at one time or another.

The older person singled out during theinterviewing process and never hired. Theattractive female being hired by the malemanager or supervisor when little experience ortalent can be documented.

These few examples are all against the law andare prohibited and considered dishonest andillegitimate by federal law.

Discrimination can cause you a great deal of pain, grief andanguish and in some ways it is a form of torture. We knowthat this may sound harsh to some, but the ache, sorrowand agony is very real to the people that become aware oftheir employer, company, organization, manager,ownership, supervisor offering discrimination instead ofp, p gpartnership, caring and fairness.

Look at the next few pages with a very close eye. We wantyou to know that just because you see something you mayyou to know that just because you see something you maynot see something. Sounds silly doesn’t it.
