ScorecardTasks Completed:• Completed Design Review• Measured and recorded output information from UPS• Ordered partsShortcoming(s):• Complete circuit design and simulationTeam Merlin was not able to complete circuit design, but will be finalizing the circuit and its components this week. This was due to the fact that emphasis was placed on completing some sort of simulation using PSPICE, B2Spice, etc. However, they have been advised by there advisor to start building and not worry about simulation at this point.

Concerns/Issues

• Behind scheduleSolution: Keep focused and commit the team to the

deadlines specified. No other choice!• Building without having done a complete

simulation - Could not simulate using software such as

PSPICE last semester and during Christmas Break. Advised to stop simulating and start the building process as simulation will take too much time.

Solution: Extra safety/careful verifications of numbers/values

Conclusions• Design Review Approved• AIR-X put together (Stand and device interfaced)• Ordered Parts• Plans:

– Theory of Operations 0.9– Finalize circuit design– Build battery bank– Construct and test design (circuit)– Receive all the parts ordered

• Many changes have occurred with ‘Milestones’ and therefore, no choice but to keep to those deadlines

• Any Questions?
