ENTRY FORM INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEINSTER B SCHOOLS 2019

INDIVIDUAL SWIMS – Entry via www.swimleinster/schools.htm Log on to the Schools page on the Swim Leinster website and follow the instructions ;

STEP 1 - Complete your Swimmers details Surname , Name , Date of Birth, Swim Ireland Number, Email Address , Phone Number. If you are not a Swim Ireland Member enter ‘0000’ for the Swim Ireland Number

STEP 2 – Select the School Name A drop down list of the schools held on our database will be listed. If you cannot find your school please select ‘Unknown’ from the list and send an email to Leinsterschoolsswimming@swimireland.ie with your swimmers name and their school name.

(Tip : select the first letter and the list will jump to that )

Step 3 : Select your swimmers events and enter the swim times.

Swimmers AGE for this gala will be the AGE they are on 31st August 2019 (eg DOB 01/04/2010 – AGE 9). Please enter the mins , secs and 100’s secs and make sure the Confirm box is checked . Swim times can be those achieved at most recent gala or as timed by a coach or teacher.

Scroll to the bottom and select ‘ENTER GALA’

If any details are incomplete an error message will show ‘Incomplete Data’

Once all details are correct then the message to proceed will be displayed – Cancel if you need to return to the previous screen or Select OK to proceed to Payment

COMPELTE PAYMENT The screen will display the total due for the swimmer as per the events entered. Select PayPal to proceed with the payment . The PAYPAL browser will open in a new window Follow the options to pay using your PAYPAL account or by Card without creating a PAYPAL account

A confirmation of payment processed will be presented.

Repeat the process to add another swimmer.
