Since more than 90% of the schools are managed by principals this means that the owners view opening a school as a business model rather than opening a school with an interest to impart quality education. Owner has the responsibility of future of thousands of students in their hands.

Principals have so many Responsibilities, so in order to accomplish the tasks they should have equivalent authority also.

67% of the principals say they take classes of subjects such as social science, mathematics, science etc.

Whereas what we feel is that they should take more interest in taking general counselling classes, interacting with students as well as personality development classes since they have experience in wide variety of fields, that can be of great value to a budding student’s life.

• Most of them say that personal interaction by any means i.e. P.T.M. or anything is the best way for feedback from parents. But this is hardly practiced in real life situations. The forms for PTM are not properly utilised and thus there is wide scope of improvement that can be done into this process.

• One of the principals mentioned E-mail feedback forms, Which felt innovative in a rather monotonous environment.
